Michala Cornell
Michala is a Level 2 Stott Pilates trainer in Mat and Reformer work. She has a degree in dance from the University of Minnesota and has instructed dance for many years. Pilates is a form of exercise to keep the body flexible, strong, and functional for the long run. She loves hoe Pilates can change the way people function in their everyday lives, and find more support and strength in their body. Michala would love for everyone to have the ability to form a long term relationship with Pilates!
Shannon McGarrigle Shannon earned a BA in Dance through the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.Introduced to Pilates through classes in college she returned back to Minnesota to gain certification through the STOTT Pilates method. She is certified as a level one teacher in Pilates Mat and Reformer. She enjoys how the method can be adapted to all different body types and loves working to encourage body awareness. “Taking a Pilates class is sometime the only real break people may have in their busy day, it is a healthy experience to take just even an hour to think entirely about what your body is doing and checking in to see how your body feels.” Shannon is thrilled to be a part of the YogaSoul Center.

Christine is Stott-certified in Pilates Mat. She is also certified as a fitness trainer and in sports nutrition through International Sports Science Association. Christine has 15 years of personal training experience and has focused on educating her clients to recognize their bodies own compensation and how to self correct during the work out and in life. Christine is also the owner of Superior Fitness Inc.
